General Liability Waiver
A waiver is required to participate in attractions at Lilli Putt. Participants 18 years of age or older may sign there own waiver. All minors 17 years of age or younger will need a parent or legal guardians signature to participate.
Waivers can be downloaded and printed off to be brought in or signed on site.
